Select Staffing is a leader in providing temporary and permanent placements to companies located on the South Shore and Cape. The company was started in 1994 and has enjoyed an excellent reputation for connecting qualified employees with outstanding companies. We provide temporary staffing, temporary to permanent placement, as well as executive search.
Select Staffing works with all types of companies of all sizes to meet their staffing needs. Select also provides payroll and human resource services that can be tailored to meet the need of each individual client.

Our management team is headed up industry leaders who have lived and worked in the area for decades. Allan Hartley, our President, has worked in leadership roles at Robert Half, Kforce, and has started several successful staffing companies. Ingrid Drago, our Vice President,started Select Staffing and then went on to start ID Staffing Solutions. Both are now under the Select Staffing banner.
Select Staffing currently has offices in Sagamore Beach and Duxbury, with new offices planned to be opened in the near future.
